This class will provide students with a thorough understanding of documentary film camera work. Through lectures and hands-on exercises, students will master various aspects of documentary filmmaking including proper interview techniques, how to capture good sound quality while shooting, and how to collect b-roll and action footage that will enhance the overall storyline.
This course meets once a week for three hours over a six-week term.
